The balance must be paid on the day of entry into internship.
All course started will not be refunded. The school reserves the right to cancel the course if a minimum of three people is not reached. Any cancellation by the student involved in the 15 days prior to the date will result in the receipt of the deposit.
The intern is responsible for the material in the event of loss, theft or damage.
Students must have insurance civil liability covering the practice of surfing, swim 15 meters and have no medical contraindications for the practice of surfing.
I acknowledge having been informed of my interest to subscribe to an insurance contract, in order to propose a flat-rate guarantee in case of personal injury.
I authorize the nautical Soustons Pole Beach to use the pictures and/or movies that will have been done during my internship within the limits of the promotion of the surf school. My picture may under no circumstances be sold or used by third parties.
In case of difficult sea conditions, the nautical Pole of Soustons Beach reserves the right to replace a surf by a theoretical session.
