Soustons Plage Surf School

Who are we?


The Soustons Plage surf school, created in the 70s, is one of the very first surf structures of the Landes département.


It is ideally located below the dune, right between the restaurants, in Soustons Plage.


We provide you with surfing, bodyboarding and surf life saving lessons.
Week of surf lessons, discovery sessions, rentals, individual courses.

• Groups - large capacity.
→ The groups are composed of 8 persons per instructor.
→ All our coaches are qualified (french Surf Instructor Certifications).


The Pôle Nautique of Soustons Plage is approved by the Inspection de l'Académie of the Landes département, the DDJS (Directorate for Youth and Sports in the département) and the French Surfing Federation.


Open from March till October.

Our rates

Surfing lessons for teenagers and adults
135€  for 5 x 1.5 hrs

• Surfboard rental
→ half a day = 10€
